Terms of Service

1. Parties

The service is operated by Rabi Coşkun, a natural person, without a corporate entity (“we”). Contact: support@vusul.app. There are no paid purchases today. When paid plans open, the seller will be Paddle as Merchant of Record and the purchase will additionally be subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

2. The service

Vusul is a web application that brings task, sprint, wiki, customer and process management into one workspace. The feature set is documented in the in-product catalogue and evolves; material changes that remove an existing capability are announced with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

Registration details must be accurate, and the security of your account (password, 2FA, your devices) is your responsibility, as are actions taken through it. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to host unlawful content, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, access others’ data without authority, or disrupt the service’s integrity (including excessive automated load). API use is rate-limited.

5. Plans, trial and payment

Vusul is free right now: there is no paid subscription on the web, no checkout, no payment step, and no one is charged. The plan tiers only set usage ceilings and module access.

Company workspaces open on a 14-day Pro trial; no card is required. When it ends nothing shuts down — the workspace drops to the Free plan and your data stays.

When paid plans open, charging, invoicing and taxes will be handled by Paddle; the invoice will be Paddle’s, and you will maintain your billing details on it yourself. Refunds will follow Paddle’s refund policy.

The opening of paid plans, and any later price change, is announced in writing at least 30 days ahead and takes effect at your next renewal. No workspace on free use turns into a paid account without that notice and your agreement. A downgrade that current usage cannot fit is refused — no account is ever shrunk by deleting data.

6. Content and intellectual property

The content and data you put in are yours. You grant us only the limited processing needed to run the service (storage, sync, backup, delivery to integrations you connect). The software, brand and interface are ours.

7. Data portability

CSV export and the full ZIP backup — tasks, comments, attachments, saved views, templates and attachment files — are available on every plan. Your data is not hostage; export before and while closing your account.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior warning where possible. You may delete your account at any time. On termination we allow a reasonable export window unless the nature of the violation forbids it.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and offer no SLA. We recommend regular exports — the tools for that are built into the product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, reputation), and our total liability is capped at what you actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the event (zero on free use). Mandatory rights under consumer law, and liability for intent or gross negligence, remain unaffected.

11. Changes

When the terms change, the date on this page changes; significant changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance; if you do not accept, close your account and export your data.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Merkez) have jurisdiction. Where you use the service as a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration board or courts of your own residence is preserved.
