Vusul

Three plans. All three are free today.

The table below is not a price list. It mirrors the product’s own plan catalogue in code: the same lines decide which plan unlocks which module and which usage ceilings it carries.

Vusul is completely free right now.

There is no paid subscription: no checkout, no buy button, no card form. We charge no one. You will not find a price figure on this page either — printing a number nobody has settled on would be promising something we cannot keep.

There is no end date on that; it is not a limited-time offer. The only thing counting down is the 14-day Pro trial that starts by itself when you open a company workspace — and when it ends nothing is charged, the workspace drops to Free, as described below.

Free does not mean unlimited. The ceilings and module gates below are enforced on the server today, and the table shows exactly what they are.

Paid plans will open later, and charging will run through Paddle as Merchant of Record — your card details will not reach us then either. We are not giving a date, and we will publish the prices here the day they open. Teams who open a workspace today will not wake up on a paid account: we give at least 30 days’ written notice, and you decide whether to carry on.

This note gets rewritten the day paid plans open.

Turning a module off hides the surface; it does not delete data. The limits are enforced on the server and they apply to writes: on a plan without a module you cannot create new records in it, but you keep reading and exporting what is already there. You can call the API yourself — you will get the same answer there.

Being free and the Pro trial are two different things.

Being free is simply what the product is today: signing up, your personal workspace and the Free plan cost nothing, indefinitely. There is no clock on it and no end date — you will not get a “your free trial has ended” email.

The Pro trial is the only thing counting down: opening a company workspace starts a 14-day Pro trial by itself. No separate button, no card, no “start trial” form — because there is nothing to charge.

When it ends nothing is charged and nothing shuts down: the workspace drops to Free. Your data stays; the Pro modules’ screens are hidden. If you added more than five members, nobody is removed — on Free only adding a NEW member or a NEW project needs a plan. If you need the Pro surfaces to continue, write to us; since we charge nothing in this period, we open the plan by hand.

Frequently asked

Are you taking payments today?

No. There is no paid subscription — no checkout, no buy button, no card form. Vusul is entirely free today.

When does the free period end?

There is no end date. The only thing with a duration is the 14-day Pro trial that starts by itself in a company workspace, and when it ends it charges nothing — it drops the workspace to Free. The Free plan does not expire.

When do paid plans arrive?

We are not giving a date. When they are ready they open through Paddle: charging, invoicing and taxes sit with Paddle as Merchant of Record, and your card details never reach us. The prices are not settled, which is why no figure appears on this page. We will publish them here the day they open, with at least 30 days’ written notice to existing teams.

If it is free today, how do I get Pro?

Two ways: opening a company workspace starts a 14-day Pro trial by itself, and if you still need those surfaces after it ends, write to us — we open the plan by hand, at no charge. There is nothing to buy.

Do I need a credit card?

No. Nothing in the product asks for card details, and there is no till that could. When paid plans open it is Paddle that takes the card, not us.

What happens when the trial ends?

The workspace drops to Free and nothing is charged. Data stays, the Pro modules’ screens are hidden, and they return when the plan is opened again.

How are members counted?

The workspace’s non-suspended members. Free’s 5-member ceiling reads the same number; suspended members do not count.

Can I downgrade?

Yes. If your current usage does not fit the smaller plan — 12 members going back to Free, say — the change is refused; bring usage down first.

What happens to my data when I turn a module off?

It stays. Turning a module off hides the surface; switch it back on and everything returns.

Do personal workspaces count?

No. Member and project ceilings are a company-workspace concept; your personal workspace is unaffected.

Is data export limited by plan?

No. CSV export and the full backup — tasks, comments, attachments, saved views, templates and the attachment files themselves — are in every plan. We do not hold your data hostage.
